In 2009, Cengiz Özgencil founded the International Platform (ICP) in order to initiate the Bosphorus Summit in Istanbul. The Summit today is the leading regional platform where engagement and dialogue take place with leaders in business, politics, academia, and culture under the leadership of Cengiz Özgencil. Furthermore, extraordinary leaders and professionals act as board members, who provide guidance and promote the values and mission of the Bosphorus Summit.
